Part of our morning practice for many years is to pick some flowers from my garden and go into the Temple and have Coffee with Goddess. It’s a thing! I love it, sometimes I do a rigorous practice, other days I meditate, and quite often I connect, dress each Altar with flowers and sit and chat with them. Raven sits on my knee and has a massage and tummy rub or she lays on her meditation mat and we chat to Goddess while I have coffee.

I have been feeling a call to share coffee with Goddess, and while I was still unsure of what capacity that was to be, I have had clear guidance from Her over the last month.

We are starting a Podcast and inviting people to join us in the Temple (online, unless you live near me) for coffee with Goddess. I would love to talk to you about anything spiritual that helps your soul grow.

Coffee With Goddess

I have created many different practices over the years and for a time I would stick to each one diligently when I made them, and then it evolves, this seems to happen naturally, with what is happening at the time. Life has been challenging at times and Goddess and my guides led me to keep myself safe.

I have learned to think of every challenge I have faced as being an initiation by Goddess, these experiences have left me with an inner strength that I don’t think I would have developed any other way. Some days I feel like a phoenix – emerging from the forge of Goddess – I rose from the ashes transformed, my past is no longer a cage, it is my grimoire of power.

Some of the steps I practiced are simple in a way, however, the difficulty is remembering to be consistent and to have the awareness to see the triggers and the downward slope to begin with.
